We offer Free Shipping, within the United States only, on all orders over $45, and an “Even Exchange Policy” on all purchases. You have up to 30 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date) to return gently used or un-opened merchandise with which you are not satisfied for an even exchange only. At that point we will be happy to exchange your purchase for another of equal value.

International orders are shipped from the United States and all customers (from the countries listed above) are required to pay their own respective duties, shipping charges, and VAT and/or taxes. International orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items purchased at retail:
We’re sorry but we cannot accept returns from products purchased at a retail location. These items must be returned to the retailer from which the original purchase was made.
Backorder Terms and Conditions:
We do our best to always be in stock of all our AMAZINGCOSMETICS products! When we are out of stock it is usually for a very short time, so we offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order backordered items. For all pre-orders of backordered items:
+ Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order.
+ Your back-ordered item will ship when it becomes available.
+ All other items in your order will ship out right away.
+ You will not be charged any additional shipping charges for the back-ordered item once it is shipped.
